The Ball 4x6.jpg

I work with porcelain and like that it requires a focused collaboration and is intolerant of false moves. Out of the block it is soft as silk, becoming egg-shell fragile as it dries, then once fired has the strength of bone or shell, while still conveying the lightness of paper, the smoothness of skin or fabric, or the sharpness of ice.
